Senior, Transfer Pricing

This role focuses on transfer pricing, a multidisciplinary field integrating economics, business, finance, legal, and tax principles to analyze global intercompany transactions for multinational enterprises. Responsibilities include analyzing transfer pricing issues, understanding client businesses, performing economic and financial analyses, assisting with client materials, and mentoring junior consultants.

What you'd actually do

  1. Working with economists, tax attorneys, business professionals, and tax specialists in a team environment to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues faced by multinational enterprises in a wide variety of industries.
  2. Developing a comprehensive understanding of your client's business and the industry in which they operate.
  3. Performing detailed economic and financial analyses which can include database searches for benchmark companies and the use of our proprietary financial modeling tools.
  4. Assisting in scoping and drafting proposals, document requests, reports, presentations, and other client materials.
  5. Supervising, mentoring, and assisting in the training of new and experienced Tax Consultants.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting, business, or academic environment
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
  • One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing able to obtain: Licensed CPA, Licensed attorney, Enrolled Agent, or equivalent foreign accreditation.

Nice to have

  • Previous Big 4, transfer pricing or financial experience
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical abilities
