Senior UX Designer responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interface features, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requires expertise in design tools, front-end development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions, design and develop user interface features, site animations, and special effects elements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and aesthetic principles.
  2. Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product, and determine optimal layout, media, and technology based on client requirements.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions, contribute to the design group’s efforts to enhance digital offerings, and independently manage multiple projects.
  4. Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards, create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, and maintain security and documentation standards, including quality and accuracy.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes and analyze performance to drive future design improvements.
