Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into development tasks, workflow designs, and ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow capabilities, including client scripts and platform configurations.
- Convert approved requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements to validate functionality and resolve issues.
- Document development activities, system updates, and revisions to maintain accurate historical records.
- Create user-facing documentation and operating instructions to support adoption and sustainment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agile delivery, status reporting, and solution refinement.

Qualifications
Required**:**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 6+ years of experience developing and configuring solutions in ServiceNow
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be local to the Northern Virginia area
Preferred:
- ServiceNow certifications (for example, CSA, CAD, or related certifications)
- Experience supporting federal or government clients
- Experience working in agile delivery environments
- Experience with workflow design, user stories, and end-user documentation
