Servicenow - Moveworks Consultant – Manager

This role focuses on leading the implementation and optimization of Moveworks, an AI-powered employee experience platform, for Fortune 500 clients. The consultant will manage client engagements, lead teams, drive solution design, and integrate Moveworks with enterprise systems like ServiceNow and Workday, focusing on automating employee support workflows through AI agents and conversational AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and oversee multiple concurrent Moveworks engagements, including new implementations, use case expansions, and platform optimization efforts, owning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including scope management, budget tracking, resource allocation, timeline adherence, and risk mitigation.
  2. Manage and develop a team of consultants and senior consultants, providing day-to-day coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance.
  3. Serve as the primary client relationship owner at the project level, building trusted advisor status with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and Information Security.
  4. Drive the design and execution of Moveworks AI Assistant solutions by facilitating workshops, joint design sessions, and stakeholder reviews to align on user journeys, sprint priorities, and configuration decisions across knowledge management, conversational flows, enterprise search, and agentic AI capabilities.
  5. Lead the integration strategy for Moveworks with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, and other HRIS and ITSM systems, and configure and optimize AI agents, plugins, and integrations to automate employee support workflows.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of enterprise platform implementation experience (for example, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar)
