We are looking for a Software Engineer to understand and optimize the experience of Adobe’s Digital Experience customers. By partnering with Adobe Research and other business units, you will build products that address challenging business problems for Adobe’s enterprise customers.
**What you'll do **
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, researchers, and product managers to build AI/ML solutions and Experimentation on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Work across organizational boundaries to align priorities and drive projects forward.
- Build and maintain high-performance, scalable solutions.
- Be involved in all the product development and delivery stages as part of a unified engineering team: design, coding, code review, unit testing, bug fixing, operations
- Be part of an agile, highly collaborative, and passionate team developing new products and features
- Improve your technical and collaboration skills
**What you need to succeed **
- M.S. degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with building, delivering, and operating high-quality SaaS solutions: testing, CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications to business problems.
- Experience with writing maintainable, secure and performant code.
- Ability to take initiative to address technical challenges, self-motivation, continuous improvement approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Highly collaborative working style.
