Solution Consultant for Public Sector at DocuSign, partnering with sales teams to understand customer challenges and demonstrate how DocuSign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform provides value through integrated solutions. This role focuses on presales activities, including custom demonstrations and technical Q&A, to secure new business.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with the Solution Consulting and Field Sales teams to cultivate and secure net-new business within an assigned territory and targeted accounts
  2. Uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture
  3. Engage in meaningful business and technical conversations, sharing industry insights with key stakeholders from all levels and business units within large commercial and enterprise organizations
  4. Establish technical credibility and build confidence in recommended solutions leveraging your product expertise, custom product demonstrations, technical Q&A, business process diagrams, and product roadmap discussions
  5. Articulate selected recommendations and the business value they کرتے provide to diverse audiences

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years prior experience within a presales role selling SaaS solutions
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs
  • Proven experience with software system configuration and integration
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, and structured data
  • Familiarity with electronic signature concepts

Nice to have

  • 5+ years prior presales experience within an Enterprise level SaaS offering, ideally cloud-based
  • Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization
  • Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM systems
