This role supports the execution of marketing initiatives for FX programming across domestic and international markets. Responsibilities include coordinating global marketing efforts, managing marketing assets, supporting execution across consumer products, gaming, and e-commerce, conducting competitive research, and maintaining campaign tracking tools. Requires a college degree, 2+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, proficiency with project management tools, and strong communication and organizational skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate global and domestic marketing efforts by managing day-to-day communication, aligning timelines and deliverables, and tracking asset flow across internal teams and external partners
  2. Package, track, and distribute marketing assets, ensuring accuracy, timing, and alignment with FX brand standards
  3. Support execution of marketing initiatives across consumer products, gaming, e-commerce, and related platforms, including ideating merchandise concepts, developing early product explorations, and presenting ideas to internal teams
  4. Review incoming partner materials to ensure consistency and quality across international markets
  5. Maintain asset matrixes and campaign tracking tools to support visibility into timelines, deliverables, and approvals

Skills

Required

  • Four-year college degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in entertainment marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Hands on experience with project management and workflow tools such as: Airtable, monday.com, Notion, Smartsheets, etc
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly with internal and external partners
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, self-starter approach to problem-solving and taking initiative
  • Familiarity with presentation and collaboration tools
