Sponsorship Activation Leader, Olympic & Paralympic Games, Deloitte US Sponsorships

Deloitte is seeking a Sponsorship Activation Leader to manage marketing and hospitality activation plans for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games and other sponsorships. The role involves developing overarching activation plans, maximizing sponsorship assets, overseeing hospitality and client experience strategies, implementing workflows, managing agency partners, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking, project management, and activation experience, with a passion for sports.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop overarching activation plans in the lead up to LA28 and beyond to maximize rights and benefits of Olympic and Paralympic Movement assets across client engagement, marketing, and other areas.
  2. Maximize contractual and incremental sponsorship assets.
  3. Review, approve, and support team strategies for hospitality and client experience, ensuring exceptional standards and alignment with Deloitte’s business goals.
  4. Implement and optimize workflows and tracking systems that support continuous improvement in team collaboration, creative approvals, and asset management.
  5. Oversee the team’s work with internal and external agency partners and media teams to develop and measure integrated paid, owned, earned, and property marketing plans, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
