Key Responsibilities
· Lead strategic account management, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions. · Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions. · Accountability and commitment are essential to developing accounts and delivering orders · Offering various program to the customer, Integrated Control and Safety System, PLCs, Battery Energy Storage, Fire & Gas Detection system · New Gen AI Autonomous Solutions · OT Cyber Security
YOU MUST HAVE
· Minimum of +7 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving order growth. · Set up strong relationship with customers · Ability to build strategic alignment with customers · Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. · Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including sales tools. · Identification of critical success factors and decision criteria · Passion to drive customers, develop pipeline and winning · Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. · Desired experience in strategic account management. · Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
