This role is for a Sr. Business System Analyst within Disney's Enterprise Technology organization, focusing on the Financial Value Chain. The position is a 12-month project hire responsible for supporting business architecture, requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and delivery of finance platforms and services. The role requires experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), specifically Workforce Management/Time Keeping systems, and Business Architecture methodologies within an agile SDLC. It involves collaboration with various business and technology teams to ensure technology solutions align with business strategies and architectural standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support translation of business needs to the product solution in support of project delivery and success
  2. Partner with teams to understand and document business requirements
  3. Participate in functional and technical design sessions
  4. Partner with business and technology teams to build business models
  5. Participate in creating documentation (ex. requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional design documents, process flows, etc.)
