Sr Client Consulting Manager

This role is for a Senior Consulting Manager in the VCA team at Visa, based in the Philippines. The individual will lead end-to-end consulting engagements for clients, involving data analysis, developing recommendations, and client interaction. Responsibilities include leading initiatives, managing a pipeline of analytic work, building analytical frameworks, partnering with other teams, producing insights, building scalable solutions, and overseeing project delivery. The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and client relationship management skills, with experience in payments and consulting preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead consulting initiatives and contribute to closing engagements by identifying potential opportunities with clients.
  2. Engage in regular strategic & planning discussions, cultivate and manage a pipeline of analytic work.
  3. Develop analytical frameworks, approaches, solutions and data-led strategies that address impactful opportunities and challenges.
  4. Partner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, products, risk, innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resources.
  5. Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, drive understanding of client issues, and provide strategic mentorship for client priorities.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes, and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in several key payments business areas, such as portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, risk management, for both credit and debit cards.
  • Experience using financial indicators to measure business performance with a significant focus on impacting return on investment.
