This role focuses on leading global strategy, commercial modeling, and structures for technology partnership relationships and revenue within Visa's Acceptance Solutions. It involves defining and owning the global tech partner program, designing and launching programs to support partner growth, establishing program frameworks, and coordinating with product and regional stakeholders. The role also includes developing a global strategic vision for growing technology partnerships, aligning with business goals, identifying target markets and partners, defining value propositions, and aligning to revenue targets. Additionally, it involves designing a business unit to support ISV growth on Acceptance Solutions platforms, building functions for sales, marketing, product feedback, and support models, and designing/deploying data-driven KPIs for partnership growth, influenced revenue, and transaction growth. A holistic plan to support regional ISV targets and a compelling value proposition is also required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the global tech partner program, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
  2. Partner with the ISV Segment Leader to design, pilot, and launch global programs that support tech partner growth and enablement.
  3. Establish program frameworks, success metrics, and governance models to support global adoption.
  4. Coordinate with product and regional stakeholders to enable execution.
  5. Develop and deploy a global strategic vision for growing incremental technology partnerships, aligning it with business goals and objectives including identifying target markets and partners, commercial modeling, defining value proposition, and aligning to incremental revenue targets

Skills

Required

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Business experience including sales and/or relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism and with demonstrated trouble shooting/problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making

Nice to have

  • 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
