This role is for a Sr. Executive Assistant supporting a high-level executive in Disney Entertainment, focusing on business and financial planning functions. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, travel, scheduling, handling confidential information, and assisting with onboarding and event planning. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with at least 7 years of experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. You would be responsible for the day-to-day workings of the leader(s) you support.
  2. Read relevant newspapers and trade journals so you are completely immersed in the mission of the office and can inform your executive when you see something he/she should know
  3. Conduct research, fact-check existing work, and prepare regular reports and summaries – you’ll have tasks that you “own” completely and will provide regular assistance on others
  4. Create a multi-city travel itinerary, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic and fatigue levels
  5. Interface directly with other senior executives and their support teams – your ability to work well with people on all levels is a very important part of your job

Skills

Required

  • Executive assistant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Confluence, Concur

  • Prior experience supporting executives at the C-suite, Executive Vice President or Senior Vice President level
  • Prior experience supporting an executive who has served on a Board of Directors
  • Experience at The Walt Disney Company or other large public corporations
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
