This role is for a Sr. Manager, Revenue FP&A at ServiceTitan, a fast-growing SaaS company. The position focuses on owning and elevating the revenue forecast, acting as a strategic business partner to executives, driving improvements in forecasting and analytics frameworks, and developing talent. It requires deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis, with a proven track record of influencing executives and driving initiatives in a high-growth environment. The role is primarily focused on financial planning and analysis within a product/business context, not directly on AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and elevate the revenue forecast: Lead our monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting.
  2. Strategic business partner: Work closely with C-level and senior executives across Finance, Sales, Product, and GTM to influence strategic decisions.
  3. Drive transformation: Design and implement scalable improvements to forecasting, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks to support long-term growth.
  4. Develop and mentor talent: Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  5. Executive storytelling: Translate complex and incomplete data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations tailored for leadership.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking
