Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning

The Sr. Strategy Manager will serve as a core strategic intelligence & insight partner, providing senior leadership with real-time strategic insights to inform long-term strategic direction, expand near-term decision options, and shape company China strategy. This role will build a holistic view on China macro dynamics, global perspectives on China market, China pharmaceutical market dynamics, competitive intelligence, monitoring these trends and translating into clear strategic implications, options, and recommendations for China.

What you'd actually do

  1. Monitor China macro dynamics, and identify potential opportunities and risks for our company
  2. Track and analyze China Pharmaceutical Industry trends, develop a holistic, forward‑looking view in close partnership with cross-functional teams
  3. Monitor strategic movements of leading pharmaceutical/biotech players
  4. Analyze annual and quarterly performance results
  5. Integrate insights across macro trends, industry dynamics, competitor intelligence into a coherent strategic view
