This role is for a Sr. Manager, Strategy & Commercialization within Disney Games & Digital Entertainment, focusing on a partnership with Epic Games to develop a new Disney digital universe. What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a lead on day-to-day business initiatives between Disney and Epic Games, ensuring alignment across shared objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
  2. Help shape and evolve the commercial strategy for Disney and Epic experiences, including business models, deal structures, monetization frameworks, and go-to-market planning.
  3. Drive cross-functional coordination across Disney Games product, legal, and marketing teams to support contract drafting, deal negotiation, and ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.
  4. Partner with the internal teams and broader Disney Entertainment organization to shape product strategies that maximize audience engagement, retention, and TWDC (The Walt Disney Company) value, and drive internal processes that enable the successful execution of core projects.
  5. Track and manage performance across the portfolio, including revenue, profitability, and return on investment.
