This role provides strategic analysis and insights for the oncology business leadership team to track performance, make strategic decisions, transform the business model, and identify growth opportunities in a dynamic environment. It involves data-driven analysis, financial planning, and supporting strategic initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide data-driven analysis to support the oncology business and, as requested by key stakeholders: template, data collection, validation, analysis, presentation
  2. Work with core BPs and lead OBU financial planning process (including long-term and short-term, inline and new launches)
  3. Work with core stakeholders and lead the brand financial planning and critical strategic projects (GTM, new launch, etc)
  4. Support company-level strategic initiatives as needed
  5. Support senior leader review as needed

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree from a top university
  • Consulting background (2-6 years reference) with solid basic skills
  • Strong skills in: data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals from a variety of disciplines at all levels (senior leaders to working teams)
  • Solid business acumen (in oncology as a plus) and proven track record of “proactively getting things done.”
  • Effective communications in Chinese and English in written and verbal with senior leaders, local team, and global
  • Master in office: e.g., PPT, Excel modeling
