This role is for a Sr. Principal of Executive Operations within Disney's Ad & Data Platforms organization. The position focuses on operational partnership and advisory support to the EVP, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across a large-scale advertising technology organization. Responsibilities include establishing operating rigor, preparing executive-level materials, liaising with stakeholders, driving capital allocation, supporting financial planning, organizing staffing initiatives, and leading organizational communications. The role requires extensive experience supporting C-suite executives, strong financial acumen, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to the EVP, Ad & Data Platforms, shaping and advancing the Ad & Data Platforms organization.
  2. Establish and run the operating model for the executive leadership team.
  3. Own preparation of executive‑level materials, including CTO newsletters, Chairman reports and enterprise‑wide updates that align roadmap, strategy, and capital allocation.
  4. Act as a primary liaison between the Ad Platforms leadership team and broader enterprise stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and follow‑through.
  5. Partner with executive and senior leaders to define and execute Ad Platforms initiatives.

What the JD emphasized

  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in business operations, project management or a related field within a technology‑driven organization.
  • Extensive experience supporting C‑suite or EVP‑level executives, including acting in a Chief of Staff, executive advisor, or equivalent strategic leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives across Enterprise, including Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, or Portfolio organizations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and portfolio management.
