What you'll do This role is a critical intersection of technical architecture, business strategy, and go-to-market enablement. As the Senior Product Manager for Docusign Platforms, you will be the single owner responsible for defining the system strategy that supports Docusign's largest enterprise customers. Your success will be measured by your ability to translate deeply technical, multi-system impact into tangible business outcomes and ensure our most strategic initiatives launch efficiently. This role sits at the center of Docusign's broader platform strategy, often navigating highly matrixed, cross-organizational conversations with multiple senior stakeholders who bring competing priorities and different opinions. The Senior Product Manager is expected to remain composed and objective in sensitive discussions, listening carefully, surfacing trade-offs clearly, and using structured written communication to anchor alignment. They will proactively ground discussions in customer impact, data, and long-term platform health, while ensuring that decisions and rationale are documented in a way that is transparent, repeatable, and accessible to executives and partner teams across Docusign. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $140,100.00 - $206,775.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
