Senior Product Manager for Docusign Platforms, responsible for defining the system strategy supporting enterprise customers. This role involves translating technical architecture into business outcomes, managing complex cross-organizational conversations, and driving launch efficiency for new features and pricing packages. The PM will define and operationalize success metrics, understand customer personas, and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure successful product delivery and go-to-market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the strategy and roadmap for delivering Docusign Usage, Provisioning and Licensing initiatives, serving as the connective tissue between platform strategy and customer experience
  2. Drive the vision and requirements for complex, multi-system platform changes, translating these into clear, developer-ready functional specifications and a delightful customer experience
  3. Champion launch efficiency for new features and pricing packages, proactively identifying and clearing technical debt and communication blockers
  4. Define and operationalize the success metrics (KPIs) for platform performance and customer-facing usage features in collaboration with Data Science, using telemetry to guide continuous testing and experimentation
  5. Develop a deep understanding of key customer personas, struggles, and Jobs to be Done by leveraging primary and secondary research across the customer lifecycle

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related area of study
  • 8+ years of directly relevant experience in product management for SaaS products and services
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Experience building and gaining consensus on comprehensive business cases for new product capabilities and innovations
  • Experience delivering products using iterative or Agile methodologies
  • Exceptional executive presence and dynamic communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to anticipate downstream impact, connect seemingly disparate technical components, and prioritize investments based on total system benefit
  • Proven ability to build lasting, cross-functional partnerships

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, a closely related advanced degree, or Master of Business Administration
  • Passion for continuous learning and a willingness to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
