Product Manager for Disney's consumer-facing streaming and digital products, focusing on commerce, subscriber growth, and monetization. What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end product strategy and execution across commerce and growth initiatives, from discovery through launch and iteration.
  2. Drive impact across key surfaces including: Acquisition (onboarding flows, landing experiences, conversion funnels) Engagement (feature adoption, lifecycle experiences, experimentation) Retention & Monetization (subscriptions, pricing, paywalls, incentives, lifecycle optimization)
  3. Rapidly ramp into new domains and deliver impact on time-sensitive, high-priority projects.
  4. Identify opportunities using qualitative research, data analysis, and experimentation.
  5. Define success metrics, design experiments (A/B tests, cohort analyses), and iterate based on results.
