Sr. Project Manager, Continuous Identity (remote)

This role is for a Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of Continuous Identity for customers, managing the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and meeting client expectations. The role requires experience in IT project management, specifically in the security domain, and a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the project lifecycle, from pre-kickoff to closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Create project collateral and artifacts to build an effective project management practice.
  4. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, gather project information, and provide project updates.
  5. Lead and manage a team of technical resources, including engineers and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in managing IT projects, specifically in the security domain
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management solutions including their architecture, functionality, and implementation
  • Proven experience in managing projects using standard methodologies, including waterfall and Agile
  • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP
  • Experience with cloud-based business and infrastructure solutions
