What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, closing) for a diverse mix of roles varying in seniority and complexity
  2. Partner closely with teams to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies, leveraging best practices to ensure quality hiring decisions
  3. Use data and insights to influence the business on key decisions related to talent or business objectives
  4. Help drive process optimization efforts on the team, and/or contribute to cross-functional projects and programs
  5. Reliably use our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other tools in our recruiting tech stack

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a track record of closing in-demand talent
  • Sales recruiting experience for a technology company required
  • Fluent with key recruiting metrics and data that help inform optimal recruiting processes
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies that build diverse pipelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and simplifying complexity
  • Approaches work with a team-centric, solutions oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work in office at least 3 days a week

Nice to have

  • Additional exposure to technical recruiting or GTM recruiting preferred
