What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with senior leadership, marketers, payer marketers, and key business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, capability needs, and organizational objectives.
  2. Lead the design, development, and execution of learning experiences that support upskilling and capability enhancement across the IAM organization.
  3. Lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
  4. Partner with senior leadership, marketers, payer marketers, and key business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, capability needs, and organizational objectives.
  5. Partner and Support planning, coordination, and execution of annual and biannual meetings, training events, and strategic capability initiatives.
