Staff Motion Designer

Harvey Harvey · AI Frontier · San Francisco, CA · Marketing

Harvey is hiring a Staff Motion Designer to define motion design across brand, product storytelling, launch moments, web experiences, customer education, and executive-facing creative work. This role will build reusable motion systems and translate complex AI product ideas into clear, memorable motion narratives for a fast-growing enterprise AI company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the motion design language for Harvey’s brand across launch videos, product explainers, web and campaign moments, event assets, social cuts, sales enablement, and other high-leverage creative surfaces.
  2. Create motion concepts, storyboards, styleframes, animatics, and final motion assets that make complex AI workflows feel clear, premium, and unmistakably Harvey.
  3. Partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Product Design, Creative Operations, and other GTM stakeholders to translate positioning, product context, and user needs into motion narratives that can ship quickly.
  4. Develop reusable motion systems, templates, animation principles, and production workflows so Harvey can scale motion output without reinventing the wheel on every request.
  5. Use judgment to scope work appropriately across polished hero moments, scrappy launch needs, quick-turnaround edits, and longer-term brand-system investments.
