Staff Product Manager to lead 0→1 product development on a new product at the intersection of AI, legal data, and professional services workflows. This role involves owning the product vision, roadmap, and execution, working across product pillars, and collaborating with engineering, product, design, partnerships, and GTM teams to build integrations and make Harvey the system of intelligence for professional work. Requires strong technical acumen in areas like distributed systems and retrieval architectures, and experience with sensitive data and security.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Product Vision: Define and execute the product strategy for Harvey's new product across the Harvey application, Word Add-In, Outlook plugin, and beyond
  2. Integration Prioritization: Work closely with the Integrations engineering pod and Partnerships team to prioritize, scope, and ship integrations that drive customer value and competitive differentiation. Translate partner and customer demand signals into a coherent product roadmap.
  3. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and PMM to ensure investments are aligned with commercial strategy and customer needs.
  4. Commercial Sense: Partner with GTM and Partnerships to translate new capabilities into sales enablement, positioning, and customer-facing narratives.
  5. Measurement & Iteration: Define success metrics for health and iterate based on data.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineering on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
  • Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels, from engineers to executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive clarity through complexity.
  • Strong product sense and attention to detail-ability to think through both high-level strategy and nitty-gritty implementation details.
