What you'd actually do

  1. Drive key components of Walmart’s Identity Knowledge Graph roadmap, integrating internal and external identity signals to improve customer recognition, traceability, and activation quality.
  2. Partner with engineering and data science teams to build scalable graph-based identity capabilities spanning customer, household, device, and behavioral intelligence.
  3. Define and operationalize identity quality frameworks, including confidence scoring, explainability, and linkage accuracy metrics.
  4. Develop evaluation frameworks for third-party identity and enrichment providers balancing signal quality, privacy compliance, scalability, and business impact.
  5. Drive experimentation initiatives to improve identity precision, graph intelligence, attribution accuracy, and customer linkage performance.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of product management experience with exposure to identity systems, customer data platforms, graph technologies, advertising technology, or enterprise-scale data ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of customer identity, householding, entity resolution, graph relationships, attribution, or personalization systems.
  • Experience working with engineering and data science teams on scalable platform capabilities, APIs, analytics, or machine learning systems.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, measurement systems, confidence scoring, or AI-driven optimization approaches.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, analytics, privacy, advertising, fraud, and business organizations.
  • Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
