What you'd actually do

  1. Test Automation lead for one or more scrum teams
  2. Drive testing effectiveness in the scrum teams by working closely with the PO, tech leads, scrum masters, and the team members
  3. Drive a culture of quality through different testing approaches like, design tests, exploratory, unit tests.
  4. Work closely with PO and LSDs to understand the requirements and how it translates to feature file scenarios.
  5. Ensure all deliverables of a sprint are adequately tested w.r.t the sub-system requirements to ensure robust software deliverables. Drive the culture of quality within the team.
