Strategic Account Manager for Square's largest sellers in the Food and Beverage vertical, focusing on relationship management, revenue growth through cross-selling and use-case expansion, and acting as a seller advocate to product teams. The role involves consulting with high-value restaurant sellers, identifying technical solutions, managing projects, negotiating pricing, and providing client service.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a book of 150 - 175 Strategic Food & Beverage Sellers local to Philadelphia, the surrounding area, & across the NorthEast
  2. Grow account-based revenue via use-case expansion opportunities, cross-sell opportunities, and customized seller onboarding experiences
  3. Serve as the voice of the upmarket seller with Product Teams
  4. Act as a consultant and partner to high value restaurant sellers to accomplish their goals
  5. Identify opportunities for technical Square solutions to address existing customer needs; project manage the execution of these technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
