Job Description
- You'll leverage data to drive key business insights and support strategic decision-making by Wix’s Senior Management
- You'll collaborate with teams across the organization including Marketing, Product, Data Science and Finance to thoroughly understand Wix’s growth, identify opportunities and prevent possible risks
- Work with large amounts of data, building and maintaining reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported
In your day-to-day, you will
- Be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and forecast Wix's revenue-generating business lines
- Own the analysis and reporting of major aspects of Wix's business (Users, Premiums, Retention, etc.) and provide the analysis to share with the market in Wix’s quarterly Earnings call)
- Generate ad hoc deep analysis based on management's requirements
- Work with SQL, Tableau and AI tools such as Cursor to increase efficiency and produce best in class analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business or economic analysis
- Highly skilled in data analysis and visualization, with experience in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar. Working experience with AI tools in real-world business analysis - advantage
- Curious individual with a strategic, business mindset who enjoys solving problems
- Ability to see the big picture while still ensuring thorough attention to detail
- Capable of owning a full data project from problem definition to data collection, modeling and reporting
- Excellent communicator who can deliver analysis results clearly and effectively
- Highest level of ownership and independence, but also a team player who is a good collaborator
Additional Information
We are the Strategic Finance data team, working closely with the COO and CFO to influence Wix’s highest-level strategic decisions. Our team provides visibility into Wix’s business performance and growth, identifies opportunities and risks, and supports ongoing business decisions. We are responsible for growth forecasts, data analyses for quarterly and annual earnings reports, M&A support, and guiding strategic decisions across a large, decentralized organization. Together, we learn, grow, and enjoy tackling challenges as a team.
