Strategic Partner Manager

This role is for a Strategic Partner Manager at Notion, focusing on leading high-impact strategic partnerships with cloud, infrastructure, and LLM providers. The goal is to turn these partnerships into repeatable growth motions by owning partner strategy, executive-level execution, and aligning cross-functional teams. Success will be measured by partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, joint GTM activities, and field engagement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own strategic partner strategy and operating cadence for a portfolio of priority partners across cloud, infrastructure, and LLM providers
  2. Lead global planning and execution with key partners (e.g., co-sell, Marketplace, field alignment, partner marketing, executive engagement)
  3. Build and scale repeatable plays that regional teams can localize and execute
  4. Align internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, RevOps, and Partner Strategy & Ops
  5. Track outcomes and improve programs based on pipeline, revenue, and adoption signals
