This role is for a Strategy Account Manager in the GHH Retail sector at Merck, focusing on managing key retail chain accounts in Guangzhou, China. What you'd actually do

  1. 整合资源,了解指定客户的年度策略,制定与客户策略方向匹配的年度JBP(联合生意计划)并与客户进行谈判, 达到指定产品的业绩目标,确保品类占有率和增长率的提升
  2. 按照公司规定和业务需求制定连锁总部拜访计划并实施,同时按照区域业务需求,制定各重点分部和当地DM的共访计划并实施
  3. 重点项目的执行及跟进,并进行相应数据分析,将Finding向客户和LM及时沟通,并共同制定相关问题的解决方案
  4. 及时了解行业动态和相关省份的零售政策变化,与客户保持专业的沟通交流,建立高信任度的合作关系
  5. 了解客户各类情况,包括组织架构的变化、相关竞品的活动、客户品类的动态及策略的变化,将相关信息及时汇报给LM,并共同制定相应的合作方案调整
