Cloudflare is seeking a Strategy and M&A Lead to join their Corporate Development team within the Special Projects organization. This role will drive sourcing and execution of potential acquisitions, partner with M&A integration leaders, and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis and M&A execution capabilities, the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end with limited oversight, and a strong interest in Cloudflare's technology and markets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a key member of Cloudflare’s corporate strategy and development team.
  2. Partner with cross-functional leaders to research and identify Cloudflare’s M&A priorities.
  3. Help support deal sourcing efforts and growth of Cloudflare’s M&A pipeline.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams (ex. product, engineering, finance, human resources, legal, etc.) to both lead and support various deal execution efforts.
  5. Own valuation and financial analysis workstreams.
