This role is a Strategic Program Lead within Intel's Substrate Business Group, focusing on managing substrate supply, sourcing solutions, and supply chain partnerships for Intel Foundry. The position involves program management throughout the product lifecycle, supplier selection, negotiation, capacity planning, and ensuring product readiness. It requires collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver affordable and resilient supply chain solutions. The role emphasizes executive presence, complex problem-solving, and customer orientation within a semiconductor manufacturing context.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting PBG and customers achieve an affordable and resilient supply chain to deliver leadership product performance and derive maximum value through substrates business engagement.
  2. Sourcing strategy and execution: Proactively partner, cross functionally, within Intel Foundry and Intel Product Groups to deliver substrate supply chain solutions through the entire product life cycle. This includes identifying and shaping the sourcing strategies and engaging in the supplier evaluation for new opportunities.
  3. Complex Strategic Sourcing: Lead and drive customer engagement, coordinating all interfaces between Intel, business units, and external manufactured solutions. Drive overall customer engagement, establish and maintain a program POR, highlight and mitigate risks, and work with both the customer and Intel organizations to prioritize supplier allocations establishing substrate capacity corridors.
  4. Executive Presence: Influence at the executive level and leverage capabilities across Intel as needed to support the foundry customer and product needs.
  5. Program Leadership: Technical background coupled with effective program management and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study with 10+ years of experience OR Master's with 8+ years of experience OR Ph.D. with 6+ years of experience
