Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and monitoring inventory and warehouse performance metrics to ensure optimal operations
- Training warehouse personnel on inventory management and control policies and procedures
- Analyzing warehouse data to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, providing inventory recording tools
- Maintaining a comprehensive database for demand and inventory management to inform forecasting and purchasing decisions
- Coordinating the distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring proper documentation collection and compliance
- Generating and analyzing reports to monitor and improve warehouse metrics and operational activities
- Monitoring Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) aging to maintain audit compliance and manage lifecycle
- Tracking and following up on equipment with repair vendors to minimize turnaround times and maintain inventory accuracy
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
