What you'd actually do

  1. Develops plans for long range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  2. Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
  3. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
  4. Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
  5. Delivers informational or technical materials

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and deliver plans
  • 5+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience working in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
  • Advanced critical thinking skills
