Support Engineer

This role is for an IT Support Engineer who takes ownership of internal IT systems, troubleshoots issues thoroughly, and proactively seeks to improve and automate processes. The engineer is expected to be approachable, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the team.

What you'd actually do

  1. As an IT Support Engineer, you take real pride of our internal ecosystem, from individual workstations to conference rooms to the systems employees rely on every day.
  2. You're the person people turn to when something isn't working, whether they're at their desk, travelling, or preparing for an important meeting.
  3. You're thorough when it comes to troubleshooting.
  4. When something keeps coming back, you dig into why and strive to look for a permanent fix.
  5. When you solve something new, you document it and share it because the goal isn't just to fix the problem in front of you, it's to make the whole team more capable.
