Support Engineer

This role is for an IT Support Engineer responsible for maintaining and improving the internal IT ecosystem, including workstations, conference rooms, and employee-reliant systems. The engineer is expected to take ownership of issues, perform thorough troubleshooting, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes. Proactive identification of friction points, automation of mundane tasks, and elevation of TechOps standards are key. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, documenting solutions, and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
