Lead the end-to-end verification and integration strategy for GE Healthcare's Computed Tomography (CT) systems. This role involves architecting test frameworks, automation, leading multi-disciplinary integration, and ensuring regulatory-grade verification for performance, safety, and clinical workflows, adhering to medical device standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for execution of laboratory and field validation testing, inspection and data acquisition for use in the design and validation of products and services typically does not require Engineering degree
  2. Responsible for design and construction of test facilities, test rigs, instrumentation systems and the development of test software
  3. Own the end‑to‑end V&V strategy for CT releases, including scope, risk‑based test planning, resourcing, and technical decision‑making.
  4. Define the system‑level verification architecture, including automation strategy, simulation/stubbing approach, and injection points for isolation.
  5. Lead readiness reviews and integration gates (design reviews, safety risk reviews), providing authoritative V&V and system quality assessment.

Skills

Required

  • Demonstrated leadership in risk-based V&V strategy, traceability, and regulatory-grade documentation (IEC 60601/62304, ISO 14971, IEC 62366).
  • Excellent debugging across HW/FW/SW boundaries; clear technical communication and documentation.
  • Experience with phantoms and IQ metrics and reconstruction validation.
