This role supports the day-to-day operations of a global recruiting function, focusing on maintaining and improving processes, tools, and reporting. It involves leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and optimize the recruitment lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading initiatives, resolving inquiries, administering recruiting tech stack, contributing to process improvements, supporting onboarding/training, coordinating programmatic efforts, creating reports, and conducting data audits. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, basic project management abilities, effective communication, a detail-oriented mindset, proficiency in data analysis and reporting, adaptability, and an understanding of the recruiting lifecycle.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the execution of small initiatives while contributing to larger initiatives with moderate to high level of direction from leadership
  2. Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues that require detailed investigation and troubleshooting
  3. Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and recruiting tech stack under guidance from senior team members.
  4. Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams on defined tasks.
  5. Help with TA onboarding, offboarding, training, University Recruiting initiatives and enablement for talent systems to ensure smooth transitions.
