This is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at CoreWeave, a cloud provider for AI. The role focuses on coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and maintaining recruiting data. What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to ensure seamless scheduling, preparation, and day-of execution.
  2. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and ensuring every interaction is timely, polished, and aligned with CoreWeave’s values.
  3. Manage job postings and requisition creation in Greenhouse, ensuring candidate-facing information is accurate and launched correctly.
  4. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across systems, including Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, Google Workspace, and related tools.
  5. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication, interview logistics, and onsite support throughout the process.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a closely related function
  • Proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones
  • Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in follow-through
  • A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting technical recruiting teams
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaborative workflow tools
  • Exposure to HR systems and project-based talent acquisition initiatives
