What you'd actually do

  1. manage team capacity, distributing workload, and providing guidance on complex investigations
  2. act as the primary escalation point for operational or investigative issues, coach associates through challenging cases, and conduct root cause analyses to identify and mitigate operational inefficiencies
  3. leverage SQL and other analytical tools to review trends, join datasets, and validate investigative insights
  4. overseeing the creation of containment solutions, queues, and process improvements
  5. presenting findings to Strategy & Operations partners in forums such as the New Vectors Weekly

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in fraud, integrity operations, or another professional operations environment
  • 1+ years of operational leadership experience or experience managing complex systems or processes
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Proficiency with tools such as RWS, THQ, Sift, MINT, Slack, and Jira
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects while balancing team bandwidth
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, including reviewing associate work, troubleshooting queries, and validating insights

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite
  • Prior investigations experience (fraud, insurance, law enforcement, or similar)
