Box is seeking a Team Manager for Program Management to lead a team in driving special projects and supporting quarterly planning for various organizations. This role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, release management, and operational teams to ensure the on-time delivery of strategic priorities and product launches, focusing on transforming business workflows with enterprise AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of program managers to drive special projects from COO, CS and Marketing activities to ensure on-time delivery of strategic priorities
  2. Support the end-to-end quarterly planning process for the BC, PS, CSM, Customer Health, Marketing organizations, partnering with executive leadership to achieve results
  3. Partner with the release management team to drive BC and CS workstreams on all product, pricing and services launches
  4. Facilitate conversations and drive consensus for complex, ambiguous problems with diverse, sometimes conflicting viewpoints
  5. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, go-to-market teams, product operations, product marketing to understand tasks and deliverables that are essential for launch and drive delivery of those tasks and deliverables

  • Ability to work well within time constraints to meet critical business needs
