Technical Account Manager

UiPath is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help enterprise clients leverage their automation platform to achieve business value. The role involves technical advisory, adoption strategy, platform guidance, and support incident management, focusing on driving customer success and maximizing the impact of UiPath's automation solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Take ownership of your customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform
  2. Be a core member of the UiPath account team for each of your customers, accountable for technical workstreams that help your customers strategize and execute adoption plans that will return exceptional business value
  3. Proactively engage and influence your customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding the technical maturity of your customers' automation programs to help them achieve their objectives and elevate their line of sight as to what can be achieved
  4. Provide UiPath Platform infrastructure, installation and upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting
  5. Enable your customers' technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices relevant to their unique automation pipelines, program objectives, environments, and constraints

Skills

Required

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Customer-facing, technical account management or technical consulting roles
  • Credibly communicate with and guide customers on diverse technical topics, including software engineering, packaging and deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering

Nice to have

  • SaaS and Cloud experience
  • Previous experience working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure
  • Willingness to travel for client interactions up to 25% of the time
