What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for the review and assessment of technical accounting topics impacting the company, such as non-standard transactions (equity, revenue, debt, VIE analysis, investments, etc.), and the evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards.
  2. Own end-to-end stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718, including journal entries, documenting accounting treatment, and financial statement disclosures
  3. Support ad hoc projects, analysis, and management initiatives
  4. Assist in the preparation and review of the quarterly and annual financial statement, including drafting disclosures.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
  • CPA license
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting or auditing experience
  • at least 2 years in a technical accounting capacity
  • Background with technical accounting and financial reporting
