This role focuses on teaching technical AI skills, engaging in early-stage engineering work, and incubating innovative AI products. It involves rapid prototyping with generative AI tools and client-facing responsibilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Shaping and lead early-stage product development and product incubation projects with a focus on rapid prototyping using cutting edge generative AI tools.
  2. Supporting our teams by teaching them to use and implement the tools, frameworks and patterns needed for rapid prototyping with generative AI.
  3. Teaching Technical AI Skills: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on generative AI technologies, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Airtable, and platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. Tailor content to various skill levels and ensure practical, hands-on learning experiences for designers, engineers, and product managers.
  4. Early-Stage Forward-Deployed Engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions for real-world problems. Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative development to validate concepts and refine solutions.
  5. Product Incubation: Lead the incubation of new AI products, from ideation to deployment. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure successful product launches.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Nice to have

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with product management and user experience design principles.
