This role focuses on teaching technical AI skills, engaging in early-stage engineering work, and incubating innovative AI products. It involves rapid prototyping with generative AI tools, developing and delivering training programs on AI technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions. The role also includes client-facing responsibilities and internal enablement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Shaping and leading early-stage product development and product incubation projects with a focus on rapid prototyping using cutting edge generative AI tools.
  2. Supporting our teams by teaching them to use and implement the tools, frameworks and patterns needed for rapid prototyping with generative AI.
  3. Teaching Technical AI Skills: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on generative AI technologies, including tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Airtable, and platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. Tailor content to various skill levels and ensure practical, hands-on learning experiences for designers, engineers, and product managers.
  4. Early-Stage Forward-Deployed Engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI solutions for real-world problems. Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative development to validate concepts and refine solutions.
  5. Product Incubation: Lead the incubation of new AI products, from ideation to deployment. Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure successful product launches.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in AI, machine learning, and/or data science
  • 2+ years experience with generative AI tools for software development, user experience, design, and product management
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
