Telecom Implementation Specialist

This role focuses on managing customer phone integrations and ensuring seamless setup and troubleshooting. It involves customer communication, coordination with internal teams, and processing integration status in Salesforce. The role requires understanding of basic phones, hosted PBX services, and LNP/porting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the single point of contact during the customer’s phone integration and set-up
  2. Schedule & conduct detailed discovery calls with customers to determine any changes or requirements needed to successfully reconfigure the customer’s current phone set-up
  3. Assist the customer in speaking with their current phone provider and/or phone vendor to ensure the most optimal telecom setup
  4. Coordinate and follow up with customers to ensure their integration is seamless and successful
  5. Process, keep track & update the status of the customer’s integration in Salesforce

Skills

Required

  • Understanding of how Basic Phones works at ServiceTitan
  • Understanding of Hosted PBX Services
  • Understanding of what LNP or Porting is
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Great time management and excellent communication skills
