This role is a Product Management and Operations Manager responsible for coordinating and managing processes and communications across a broad product portfolio. It leads cross-functional programs focused on efficiency, reliability, and sustainability, gathers and analyzes data for stakeholder insights, and supports leadership in maintaining portfolio value and delivery status. The role requires strong technical project management, agile methodologies, leadership, and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end product portfolio management to deliver value and maintain alignment with business objectives
  2. Maintain strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams to support portfolio coordination and communication
  3. Supervise portfolio delivery by partnering with managers to provide status updates and escalate risks related to resources and schedules
  4. Conduct regular reviews with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive decisions and update on portfolio delivery and value realization
  5. Provide guidance on portfolio intake, documentation, prioritization, resource allocation, funding, and business realization processes

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
