This role is a Training Lead for Anduril's Autonomous Airpower products. The primary focus is on planning, developing, and delivering technical training to end-users, ensuring curriculum is up-to-date and effective. The role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to convert product capabilities into learning objectives and content, and serving as a liaison between customers and the company to gather feedback and inform product development. While the company utilizes AI and advanced technologies, this specific role is centered on training and product support, not direct AI/ML model development or research.

  1. Create, shape, and manage training collateral for our product capabilities and technology to end users
  2. Orchestrate the expeditionary delivery of training on Anduril products
  3. Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team
  4. Serve as the voice of our customers

Skills

Required

  • Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work, and possibly that of others.
  • Direct maintenance experience with Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), fighter type aircraft, or advanced aviation equipment.
  • Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering training.
  • Understanding and proven application of ADDIE, adult learning theories, and instructional design for training program development in a technical field.
  • Adaptive, creative communication style that fits a variety of audiences and works across a variety of mediums.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional environments and influence of others with no hierarchical relationship.
  • Enthusiastic about transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Willing to travel up to 50%, to include travel to Hazard Zones, for up to 6 weeks at a time.
  • Ability to perform duties in diverse field conditions, including potentially physically demanding environments

Nice to have

  • Five years of aviation maintenance experience with an A&P (or military applicable equivalent) rating.
  • Prior military or government agency exposure / experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with United States Airforce training and safety protocols.
  • Munitions storage and handling controls
