This role is for a Utilities and HVAC Engineer at Merck in Singapore. The engineer will oversee the IFM Utilities and HVAC team, ensuring systems are functioning correctly. What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee IFM Utilities and HVAC team to ensure utilities and HVAC systems are working well.
  2. Support cost improvement project for Utilities and HVAC systems.
  3. Monitoring and analysis of utilities parameters to ensure early failure detection.
  4. Monitoring and analysis of warehouse and Microlab environment conditions to ensure no temperature or RH excursion.
  5. Prepare equipment and warehouse environmental annual review reports.
